Combined Site Pollution, Products Pollution & Contractor Pollution

Our new Companion Program provides coverage primarily for manufacturing or distribution type risks where the current GL is with an admitted market currently and may be combined with the property, autos, comp and inland marine. Instead of selecting an integrated GL, Products Pollution and Site Pollution product, you may choose our new Companion Program and select all the coverage you need without moving the GL from your current market.

• Contractors Pollution Liability for the Insured’s Work at a Job Location
• Products Pollution Liability for the Insured’s Products

ADDITIONAL ENHANCEMENTS

• Bodily Injury includes shock and medical monitoring for physical injuries
• Clean-Up Costs includes replacement costs and recommendations of an Environmental Consultant in the absence of Environmental Law
• No exclusion for clean-up costs for asbestos or lead-based paint in soil or groundwater
• Pollution Condition includes illicit abandonment of pollutants, as well as mold, electromagnetic fields, virus(es), and bacteria including legionella pneumophilia
• Pollution Condition also includes silt and sedimentation from a Job Location
• Property Damage includes diminution in value for parties other than the Insured
• Emergency Response Expense, including expenses incurred by the Insured’s employees
• Flexible minimum premiums
• 90 day automatic extending reporting period
• Mediation deductible credit available
• Occurrence and claims made available for certain coverages in program
