• We can consider cleaning operations in hospitals, nursing homes, other medical environments, etc.
• Contracting risks who have experience with wearing PPE

Minimum premiums:

• GL/CPL Combined package $5,000
• Monoline CPL $4,000

Coverage available:

• Monoline COVID-19 Cleaning Coverage (CCC)
• GL and CPL or Monoline CPL $1/1MM or $1/2MM Primary limits, and $2/2MM XS limits

Underwriting Criteria:

• Existing companies operating successfully for 3 + years demonstrating good business and risk management.
• Will consider new venture offshoots of successful business enterprises wishing to set up new entities.
• Acord 125 and 126 applications
• NES COVID-19 Abatement & Cleaning Questionnaire
• General liability loss runs for 5 years
• CPL loss runs for 5 years (if the insured currently has CPL coverage)
• Acceptable training certifications.
